6.2 Billing and Payment

• Payment is automatically charged on the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination after notice
• Invoice records are available in your account dashboard

6.3 Refunds and Cancellation

• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES OR OUTAGES
• YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR DATA
• YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR SERVICE FAILURES IS CANCELLATION OR ACCOUNT CREDIT

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KZJ Innovations from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Content you submit or messages sent through the Service
• Unauthorized use of your account

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KZJ Innovations
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or acquirer
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
